Tea party is in full tea mode!!

Yes, we are busting at the seams in my little cottage.
Tea is flowing and conversation is lively and I am loving it,
I believe one can never have too much laughter or tea in their life.
Did you know the more you laugh, the healthier you are? It's true!

I just wanted to recommend a great little book called "Time for Tea"
Tea and Conversation with Thirteen English Women, by Michele Rivers.
It has the most wonderful articles on each of these women and how tea is such
a big part of their lives. And the photography in the book is just gorgeous!
It includes favorite recipes from the women and little peeks into their daily lives.

Hey, Christmas is coming, add it to your wish list, you'll be glad you did.

For those of you with sweethearts, don't forget to include them in your tea ritual.
I have a brother in law, that just loves to drink tea, and he even picks out a fine china tea cup
to drink it in.
Soooo, brew your sweetie their fav flavor of tea and take some time to
just sit together and reconnect during this busy season.

Here's another quote:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"I got nasty habits; I take tea at three."
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mick Jagger

Ooooohhhh, I hear someone knocking on my door, who could it be?
Well, hello Monika, from myeuropeantouch, I'm so glad you could make it here to the tea today.
We are having a wonderful time getting to know each other. I hear it's raining out your way, so hope you can warm up with a bit of tea and relax.
I added your name to the teapot too :)

I was just about ready to announce another little giveaway.
Whoever is the first person to give me the correct count on the word of "tea" from the last four posts, will go home with this darling little tea bag holder (well, I'll actually have to send it to you, lol).
Just leave me a comment on your guess.

Ohhh, there's another knock at my door, and I see it's Denise, come on in sweetie, there's still goodies left and the tea is steaming.
I'll add your name to the teapot!

May I have another cookie and a cup of your special tea, Deborah? This has been a fun tea party. I'm thinking I'll plan a Valentine Tea for all the special ladies in my life and special men! My mother,
4 sisters-in-law, 1 daughter, 1 daughter-in-law, and 3 granddaughters.

Hi Deborah,
I counted 68 times by itself and I think 10 more as part of a word such as teapot, etc. I should go count again but I can't at this moment - another duty calls.

you both are very close, I think what I'll do is make the winner whoever is closest to the correct number. Good luck.

Hi Deborah,
I did see the contest....I started to count and then lost the number so I started again and then it was time to start dinner. I just finished counting again for the second time and my number is 79---I think (heheheh) Thank you again for such a great afternoon. I really enjoyed spending time with you. Mimi~
